This has been a hard week. I really have nothing good to add to the cacophony of reaction to the US election.

I am shocked (I shouldn’t be.). I am anxious. I want to run away. I want to fight.

So if you are feeling any of those things, know that you are not alone.

I am going to leave it at that this week. Take care of yourselves.
